If you are interested in a more individual program, then personal training is the best for you. During personal training, you work out alone with a coach. The coach can focus on your specific strengths and weaknesses in tennis playing. This is the most effective way to solve problems or to improve your general playing performances. During individual practices, we also focus on game tactics and fitness. You can decide how often, how long and when you want to practice. We offer flexible schedules.
